Details of the meetings

• Aim: Discussion of issues raised by trainees
• How often you meet: Monthly Trainee committee meetings
• What you do: MS teams meeting; open to all O&G trainees in Aberdeen/Highland
• What is discussed: Agenda for the meeting is published and sent to all trainees before the meeting. Issues are raised by trainees or TPD to the TC and added to the agenda. Issues can be anything from training to rota and coffee funds! Minutes are then typed and sent to all trainees, TPD and clinical director.
