Ninewells hospital is located close to A90 providing links to Perth and Aberdeen. Dundee has a train station providing rail links to Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Stagecoach bus services X7 and 39 run between Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary. Alternative bus routes 73 and X54 also serve Ninewells Hospital hourly during the day. 

Bike racks are available at Ninewells Hospital and there is an excellent network of cycling routes which can be found at Sustrans.
