The East Region runs a comprehensive educational programme for GP Registrars, which includes regional and local teaching. There are specific programmes for Registrars in GP posts and those in hospital posts.
This information gives a summary of the many educational opportunities you can access over the period of your GP training in the East of Scotland, to compliment the experience you gain whilst in practice.

This site has been developed as a central space for information and resources to support your GP training journey with a specific focus on teaching.
This TURAS site details the educational opportunities available in the East of Scotland for trainees in a GP post in ST1/2 and in ST3 and for our GP Registrars in Hospital Posts. Resources also include National courses, Exam Support, ARCP and WPBA and Professionalism curriculum resources preparing you all for independent practice.
Registrars have access to national Bitesize lunchtime teaching sessions and teaching webinars which are delivered online via TEAMS.
