Who are we?
Working with the Clinical Skills Managed Education Network (CSMEN) we are developing simulation-based educational development programmes for medical training programmes across Scotland. There is a recognition for the need for repetitive, deliberate practice of skills, with feedback as the foundation to developing and enhancing skills.
