Thinking of becoming a trainer?

If you are thinking of becoming a trainer and seeking Recognition you should:

• Familiarise yourself with the recognition process and minimum requirements.
• Complete any mandatory training
• Check any specific guidance for the role(s) you are performing with your Director of Medical Education (DME) for PG roles or Medical School for UG roles .
• Begin collecting evidence to present at your annual appraisal.
