9th Scottish SAS Conference, 6th March 2026 - Save The Date

The SAS Development Programme team are pleased to confirm that the next Scottish National SAS Conference will be taking place online via MS Teams on Friday 6th March 2026, 13:00-17:00 approx.

Full details will follow soon, as well as details on how to submit an abstract for a poster on SAS-led achievements in your local services to the conference. Accepted posters will be displayed virtually on the day and via our website.

A full list of sessions and topics will follow soon, but will include:

Intelligent kindness
Progressing to the Specialist grade
Using the SAS Development Fund

SAS GMC Caring for Workforce Under Pressure online workshop	Thurs 13th Nov 2025, 09:30-12:30 - fully booked Thurs 22nd Jan 2026, 09:30-12:30 - fully booked Fri 27th Feb 2026, 09:30-12:30 -fully booked	This new workshop delivered by the GMC considers workforce well-being and how individuals have the potential to make a positive difference. The session covers both individual and team wellbeing and how to improve the normal working day, whilst acknowledging the importance of systems issues. SAS Webinar - Mastering Interview Skills	Thurs 27th Nov 2025, 14:00-17:00	This new online session on interview preparation, is interactive and designed to build confidence and provide an insight into both the interviewer and interviewee's perspectives.
