Mentoring Skills Training
From RCPCH, a highly interactive one-day course which provides paediatricians with the core skills and knowledge to be an effective mentor. Mentoring support.
Leadership and Management Programme (LaMP)
The LaMP programme is an entry-level course and has been designed by NHS Education for Scotland (NES) to help and support individuals as they develop a range of personal and professional skills and behaviours which will contribute to their effectiveness as a clinician.
