The FDA have developed entry-level resources, to support trainers and assist in the recognition process.
The Recognition of trainers in secondary care requires a new approach. GP trainers are already approved by the GMC therefore there will be very little change to their training requirements.
In all cases, it can be helpful - to consolidate learning and demonstrate continuous development of your educational role - to reflect on courses or workshops attended. A Structured Reflective Template can be downloaded to help with this.
