The MRCS (Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons) part A is the first professional exam candidates must pass on their route to becoming a surgeon. A challenging exam with a pass rate of less than 40%, many trainees struggle with where to start when preparing for MRCS part A.
We are proud to present the first webinar in a series designed to help you prepare for the Intercollegiate Membership of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland Part A examination (MRCS Part A). This webinar series is completely free of charge.

This first webinar will provide you with an overview on the nature, format and content of the exam, along with effective strategies for your revision. Subsequent webinars will cover high yield topics examined in Applied Basic Sciences and Principles of Surgery in General papers.
Designed by trainees for trainees, the series will run from June - September 2021 and include 12 sessions covering high yield topics, examined in Applied Basic Sciences and Principles of Surgery in General papers. Sessions are delivered by Core Surgical Trainees, Surgical & Medical Registrars and Foundation Doctors. All sessions are be vetted by a Consultant from a relevant specialty.
