On completion of GP training, there is a huge variety of career options and educational opportunities. The tabs provide some useful information for embarking on your GP career.

In order to work as a GP in any given area, you must be on the Performers' List for the local health board. You can apply to join the Performers' List once you have completed your training and have your CCT certificate. You can opt to select just one health board list, or decide to be included on all Scotland lists. However you will need to decide which health board you will do the majority of your work with, as this will be the health board responsible for your Appraisal and Revalidation. Below are the contacts for Practitioner Services in each health board.
