Shielding and other COVID-19 related changes to working arrangements
We recently contacted all doctors in training in Scotland asking them to complete a short survey about changes to their working arrangements due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are now seeking to gain a better understanding of the numbers of doctors in training who may have had to adjust their working arrangements due to the need to shield, because they are in a high risk group, or who may be adjusting their working arrangements due to protecting someone they live with. We are doing this by inviting these doctors to complete a short survey.
We are also very keen to hear from doctors who are about to start training programmes with the same circumstances.
A short life working group has been established to develop framework to support the education and training needs of our doctors in training who are working differently as a result of these circumstances.
We are keen to gain as full a picture as possible about the experiences of our trainees to ensure all have access to the help and support they need.
If you have not received an email with a link to the survey, or you have any queries regarding the survey, please email Lesley Metcalf (Senior Training Manager) Lesley.firstname.lastname@example.org
The survey will close on 24.06.20
