In response to feedback received from our stakeholders, the NES HR Trainee Services team have been working with colleagues in NES Technology Service to develop a new service desk, in place of existing mailboxes. The service desk launched today, Wednesday 12 October.

Moving to a service desk format for query handling is a great opportunity for us to keep all HR enquires and requests in one place so they can be easily managed and resolved, and therefore provide you with quick and responsive access to our HR expertise. Furthermore, trend-analysis functions within the service desk will help us to continuously monitor and improve our HR service delivery.
We will be asking all our stakeholders to contact us through the service desk – replacing the following mailboxes:
