Specialty Training - STCs
These are advisory committees made up of the Postgraduate Deans (or Associate), relevant Training Programme Directors, College and University representatives, trainee and lay representatives. The role of each committee is to assist the Training Programme Director and the Postgraduate Dean on the management of the training programme. Trainee representation on the committee ensures that the trainee perspective is taken into account before decisions are reached, and also provides a forum in which trainees can voice ideas or concerns about any aspect of their training.
