It was fantastic to see so many resident doctors join our Resident Doctor Webinar on 7 October, providing an opportunity to meet members of the Scotland Deanery senior team and learn more about the support available throughout training.

The session included introductions from senior leaders across the Deanery, who shared their roles, priorities and commitment to supporting resident doctors across Scotland. The event also provided an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and engage directly with the senior team.

The webinar also included a presentation from Professor Greg Jones on The Development and Wellbeing Service (TDWS), highlighting the confidential support available to resident doctors.
