NHS Education for Scotland (NES) access a number of surveys to support decision making regarding the quality of postgraduate dental education and training in Scotland. Information about the surveys is below.
GDC National Training Survey
Annual trainee surveys conducted by the Advisory Board for Foundation Training in Dentistry (ABFTD) and the Advisory Board for Specialty Training in Dentistry (ABSTD).
The Dental Directorate run an annual survey of Dental Core & Specialty trainees. The survey normally runs in June each year with the next survey planned for June 2024.
