*Save the Date* - LTFT in Scotland: All You Need to Know

Course/Event Date: Wednesday, March 23, 2022

Course/Event Duration: 1 Day

Course/Event Description

Please see the attached poster for an exciting upcoming event planned for next March 2022.

Have you ever wondered what Less Than Full Time (LTFT) Training would involve? How to apply, what are the benefits and how it would impact on your training? Are you already LTFT but not entirely clear about your rights, your rota, pay or pension? Or maybe you are just curious to see if LTFT would be a good fit for you.

Please come along and join us, at this unique collaborative event between The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow (RCPSG), NES and the BMA. Hosted in person in the RCPSG building on St Vincent's Street in Glasgow, and also on the virtual platform, we invite you to an evening of presentations, food and drink - all completely free.

You will also hear some short testimonials from previous or existing LTFT trainees who will share some of their stories with us. There will be an opportunity to network and chat with other trainees over a glass of wine at the close of the presentations.

Save the date - March 23rd 2022 from 6pm. Come straight from work for an inclusive bowl food reception, with presentations starting at 6.30pm. Wine will be provided at the conclusion of the testimonials.

The formal programme will be issued in January, accompanied by a registration link where we will ask you to indicate your preference for online or in person attendance. Any questions in the interim can be directed to pooja.hartley@ggc.scot.nhs.uk or kaitlin.mayne@nhs.scot.

We aim to make this a COVID safe event. Further details will follow in line with government and local guidance.
